The Leadership Institute is hiring a Director of Political and Fundraising Training. As the Director, you will be joining LI’s dedicated, fun and energetic team. You will help inspire, educate and motivate aspiring campaign managers, candidates, and fundraisers to overcome their perceived challenges. The director oversees and makes recommendations for agenda, curriculum, faculty and entire execution of political and fundraising core programs held at the Leadership Institute. You will run the division’s trainings and evaluate your event’s outcomes and successes. You will also control your own annual budget and scheduled programs by creating recruitment goals and suggesting innovative marketing approaches for three core programs held at the Institute’s F.M. National Training Center.
The ideal candidate will possess either fundraising and or political campaign experience at any level. The director may also be called upon to represent the Leadership Institute by speaking at various schools, conferences, special events as well as the opportunity to attend all Leadership Institute trainings, workshops for no charge.

The Leadership Institute is a 501(c3) organization that was founded in 1979 by its president, Morton C. Blackwell, LI provides training in campaigns, fundraising, grassroots organizing, youth politics, and communications. The Institute teaches conservatives of all ages how to succeed in politics, government, and the media.
The Institute offers 47 types of training schools, workshops, and seminars; a free employment placement service; and a national field program that trains conservative students to organize campus groups.
