Campus Reform, a project of the Leadership Institute, is America's leading site for college news. As a watchdog to the nation's higher education system, Campus Reform exposes bias and abuse on the nation's college campuses. Our team of professional journalists works alongside student activists and student journalists to report on the conduct and misconduct of university administrators, faculty, and students.

Campus Reform is looking for a program coordinator/recruiter. The program coordinator will be tasked with managing Campus Reform’s growing Correspondent Program. The goal of the program coordinator/recruiter will be to find and develop student journalists into skilled journalist concerned about exposing liberal bias and abuse.


Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting students to join Campus Reform’s team of campus correspondents 
  • Managing Campus Correspondents’ story assignments and editorial workflow to ensure quality and timely news articles
  • Developing the correspondent training curriculum 
  • Supervising Campus Reform interns
  • Providing professional and personal guidance for campus correspondents and interns
  • Representing Campus Reform and the Leadership Institute at conferences, trainings,  job fairs, and posting media interviews 
  • Coordinating TV interviews for correspondents and staff out the LI studios
  • Advertising and marketing the Correspondent Program
  • Other duties as necessary
