Coordinator/Staff Assistant

Job Description

  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings
  • Follow-up on all outstanding invoices
  • Help complete time-sensitive tasks 
  • Maintain database including updating contacts, interactions and invoicing
  • Prepare, proof, and distribute correspondence and reports, including editing and proofing correspondence
  • Help streamline work processes and standardize procedures
