Shift: Full time; Exempt

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Skills: Thorough knowledge of broadcast business; understanding of general principles of accounting; excellent communication, motivation, leadership, and organizational skills; excellent self-discipline and strong personal integrity required.

Experience: Minimum five years broadcast management experience required.

Duties: Provide overall operational leadership and direction for the television station and new media by identifying and implementing strategies to grow the revenue and earnings of the stations; set short and long term goals; create and implement sales and product strategies to achieve established goals, create and implement annual operating and capital budgets; provide management with accuracy and timeliness of information necessary to make strategic, investment and operating decisions; create a productive work environment for all employees, and ensure all station operations are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
