EXPERIENCE: Two years newsroom experience required DUTIES: Plan news coverage. Set up interviews and coordinate crews to cover story assignments, live remotes, and breaking news. Responsible for all Reporter and Crew assignments. Read wires, newspapers, listen to scanners for spot news. Strong story enterprise skills required. Demonstrate ability to assign stories with Wide range of content and develop issue pieces. Post and generate stories and content for www.wjz.com website. MACHINES TO OPERATE: iNews; personal PC; 2 way radio; edit equipment; Nextel phones.
