| The American Conservative magazine seeks a fall intern. Responsibilities include blogging, writing short items for the magazine, writing at least one full-length article, assisting with office duties (answering telephone, post office runs, etc.), and participating in editorial meetings (which includes proofreading, coming up with headline ideas, suggesting assignments for other writers, etc.). Hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. There is a small stipend of $250 per week. |
