Start your career in a small market with a big market attitude. KIMT News 3 (CBS) is seeking a Reporter/Photojournalist who wants to be the lead story every day.

From story conception to delivering it live on-air, the person filling this position will do it all. KIMT News 3 prides itself on storytelling and covering both sides of an issue.

This position is responsible for enterprising story ideas, making beat calls, shooting video, conducting interviews, and writing and editing material to fill KIMT News 3's daily newscasts and www.kimt.com.

KIMT News 3 likes showcasing its reporting talent throughout the day with its two live trucks.

Required Skills
Candidates must be able to edit non-linearly. A four-year degree in Broadcast Journalism is required. Candidates must be able to shoot video with DVC Pro cameras and possess strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Previous experience is preferred.
