| International strategic advisory firm seeks a bright, resourceful, energetic, and highly organized individual to be an executive assistant to the firm's managing director for Latin America. DC-based firm counsels companies and financial institutions on international strategic planning, government issues and advocacy, market access and integration, corporate communication, and political and economic risk issues worldwide.
Responsibilities: Support managing director in daily work focused on Latin America. Coordinate managing director's schedule and travel. Monitor both US and Latin America press to research and analyze political environment, markets, economic data and outlook. Interact with clients, government officials, and opinion makers. Represent the firm in meetings. Draft memos and reports. Develop talking points and positions in response to media inquiries.
Candidate must interview in Washington, DC. Salary is commensurate with experience. Two-year commitment required.

| BA in International Relations, Political Science, International Business or related field. Demonstrated prior knowledge and interest in Latin America and international politics, and/or international business. Strong command of Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing). Word processing and Internet research skills. Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills; excellent attention to detail and follow-through. |
