| JOB DESCRIPTION: WROC-TV News 8 in Rochester, New York seeks an aggressive newscast producer, You must be ready to bring enterprise coverage ideas to the product on day one. We are not looking for press release and wire story show stackers. We want creative producers with vision, a strong news judgment and an ability to showcase news through the use of graphics and animations. Minimum one year producing preferred. Ability to multi-task, deal with extreme deadline pressure, and react/coordinate coverage under live breaking news situations is crucial.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: College degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NECESSARY: 1-2 years.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be reliable and a team player.
SALARY: Negotiable
START DATE: Immediately
