Description & Requirements

description of job opening

The Leadership Institute is seeking Field Representatives for the Fall 2016 semester.

Since 1997, The Leadership Institute has recruited and trained the best and brightest young conservative activists for its National Field Program. Leadership Institute Field Representatives are the face of the conservative movement on college campuses across the country.

If selected for the LI Field Rep program, you will travel to college campuses within your assigned region through the end of the fall semester. At each college, you will organize, train, and inspire students to promote and defend conservative ideas and values on their campus.

LI Field Reps help students start conservative student organizations or publications on campus and provide them with the skills they need to help their groups succeed.

In addition to a base salary of $3,000 and generous expense stipend of $9,000, each Field Rep receives a $3,000 signing bonus, the finest training in youth organization, mobilization, and activism prior to being deployed to their assigned region.

After completing the LI Field Rep program, former Field Reps have gone on to work for conservative think tanks, consulting firms, Congressional offices, and national and state political parties. Some have even started their own conservative non-profits or ran for political office.

Being a LI Field Rep will open doors to the political world.

Don’t miss this great opportunity to launch your political career today! Apply now -- this may be the most exciting job you’ll ever have and spots go FAST. Over 1,200 inquiries were made into the program last year. Contact Kristin Dobson at or 703-647-3385 for more details.
